The Foundation

Horology House was established by master watchmaker Edmund Sterling, following his apprenticeship under Swiss master craftsmen in Geneva. What began as a small workshop has grown into one of the most trusted names in timepiece restoration.

  2. Describe the Issue: Note any problems with timekeeping, functions, or visible damage.
  3. Bring Documentation: Original papers, service history, or warranty information if available.
  4. Receive Estimate: Edmund will examine your watch and provide a detailed service estimate before proceeding.
  5. Approval & Timeline: Once approved, typical service takes 1-3 weeks depending on complexity.
  6. Pick-Up: We'll contact you when your watch is ready. Each piece comes with a service record and 1-year warranty.

For insurance purposes, high-value timepieces (over $5,000) require proof of ownership and will be photographed before service begins.
